The best I can describe my work is that although I'm capable of delivering pressure, I like to work smarter not harder. This is ideal not only for me as a bodyworker, but my clients as well. By focusing on the cause of pain and dysfunction to work with your nervous system in order to allow your tissues not only to release, but stay that way longer. Getting up close and personal with joints and working the full length of the muscle tissue is a great way to get detail into the bodywork.

Massage was fabulous. It was a true deep tissue massage and worked on places needing attention. only issue was that the Ac was out and the room was hot. But thatwas a temporary problem. Highly recommend.
