My philosophy and approach to massage is to honor your whole being . I practice bodywork that combines effective massage techniques, while supporting the bodies para-sympathetic nervous system . This is the system that helps us to relax, and in this state we also empower the bodies own healing processes to further support recovery.
In addition to massage therapy I will, when appropriate, offer suggestions for at-home ways to continue, or regain, feeling at your best. As a massage therapist I can't "fix" you, but I can partner with you to FACILITATE your best health & overall wellness.
