My background goes from working as a CNA in a long term care facility which then let me to a Physical Therapy Aide position in the nursing home and I was taught by a PT the art of physical patterns the body takes on over time whether just with ageing or repetative stress.  I then took that knowledge and went on to get my Surgical Technician license where I would learn more about the body functions and seeing first hand how our bodies are put together.

My love for teaching others ways to daily self care assist in healing that is long term and any discrepancies I may have I will refer to another with any knowledge I do not possess.

Having had a life of healing from different injuries Ive been able to teach myself how to heal which allows me the ability to help you in your healing process.

Daily Self care along with proper diet, exercise, stretching and Massage does work if your willing to take the journey.
