Karmen Casey, CMT graduated from New Haven High School. She has a love for dance and has taught competitive dance for 17 years. Dancers are rough on their bodies, and Karmen wanted to help her dancers through therapeutic bodywork. She attended Ivy Tech Community College and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Therapeutic Massage program in 2011.

Karmen was very informative and knows a lot about the body. I learned new things and ways that I can help prevent future strains. She focused on my neck and back and helped relieve a lot of pain. This was my first time here and she made me feel very comfortable. Bonus: she uses coconut oil and lemongrass oil 😊
