Afton is an amazing massage therapist! The ambiance of her studio is very calming and from the moment I laid down on the heated table I was relaxed. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and I loved her use of essential oils. The bonus scalp massage was also incredible!

The experience begins when walking through the door. The building is an old Auburn home which is beautifully decorated. After being greeted by Afton she discusses your needs. She is always spot on and aware of your needs. The ambiance of her room helps you to relax and throughly enjoy the experience. I have gone to many massage therapists and Afton is far and beyond the others (I can also speak to her honesty. I over paid her and she returned the extra money before I even knew this occurred. )

Afton is truly gifted! No two massages are alike, as she is attentive & in tune to what your body needs. Afton is very knowledgeable & provides great insight each session, whether that’s stretches to incorporate, at home Gua Sha, & much more. Always leave feeling refreshed — physically, mentally, & spiritually!! We are blessed to have Afton work on us!
