Afton is so talented! She always asks about specific problem areas at the beginning of the session and does such a good job of working on them. She has a lot of experience too. She gives me great advice on how to stretch to prevent problem areas in the future. Highly recommend!

Afton is amazing! Her space is clean, inviting and calming. She is knowledgeable, friendly and skilled! She is able to use different techniques to soothe different muscles and she teaches me things to do at home to help stretch and relax different areas between massage appointments. She’s the best!
