Chair Massage

A short, fully clothed massage received on a specialized massage chair. This type of massage is great for spot treatment work and is generally performed at public events.

Trigger Point Therapy

A treatment for revitalizing dehydrated and sicky fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds all muscles and organs in the body. Trigger points on the body will produce a radiating sensation while the fascia is being stretched. These points can present themselves as dull aches and pains until directly worked on.

Swedish Massage

A type of massage therapy meant to calm the nervous system and warm the muscles of the body.

Deep Tissue Massage

A type of massage therapy meant to focus in on specific issues caused by tension within the muscles of the body. The amount of pressure used is always tailored to the client so that the treatment is effective but never painful.

Prenatal Massage

This type of massage is also known as pregnancy massage. The client is propped on their side with pillows so they can still receive a full body massage without the need to lay face down.

Headache and Sinus Relief

A treatment focused on work around the face, scalp, neck, peck muscles, and shoulders to relive pain caused by headaches and sinus pressure.

Sciatica Relief

A treatment focused on the relationship between the low back, glutes, and hamstrings that often lead to sciatic issues.

Myofascial Massage

A type of massage focused on treating individual layers of fascial connective tissue surrounding and within muscles. This gentle massage is great for clients who need their pain and tension treated, but don't enjoy more traditional deep tissue techniques.

Golfer's Elbow and Tennis Elbow Relief

A treatment focused around the forearm and elbow to relive pain in the elbow.

Carpel Tunnel Relief

A treatment focused on the relationship between the shoulder, arm, wrist, and hand that lead to repetitive strain on the hands and wrists.

Spa

Hot Stone Therapy

Lava rocks are heated and used to warm and lengthen tired muscles. A great addition to Swedish and Deep Tissue massages.

Cold Stone Therapy

Marble stones are cooled and used to numb pain and decrease inflammation. A great addition to headache and sinus relief treatments.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are used to enhance any massage experience by adding a pleasant aroma to massage oils and lotions.
