At a young age, I have had a gift for spiritual healing.  I have pursued the power of Prayer, Affirmations, Energy Healing / Reiki in an effort to help heal myself, my loved ones and those that the Universe has brought my way.

At a young age, I have had a gift for spiritual healing.  I have pursued the power of Prayer, Affirmations, Energy Healing / Reiki in an effort to help heal myself, my loved ones and those that the Universe has brought my way.

In 1998, I became a spiritual counselor helping others to overcome emotional ties and generational curses.  In 2013, I received my Ministers License.  After having many questions about life, emotional trauma, death, and sickness I began to dig much deeper to gain a deeper level of understanding that "the cure for my pain was in my pain."

Once I understood what that meant the healing began.  Our pain is caused by some form of trauma; emotional, physical or even spiritual. Once we can identify why we have that pain and where it originated from and then release it the healing can being.  

Bringing it all together
In 2010, I created a line of Body Products called Regen The Body under my company Regenerations Body Co. the products were created to Re- Lax, Re-New, and Re-Vitalize the body, mind, and spirit.  In 2013, I Co-partnered and re-launched Respire Spa.  I am grateful that I have been given the opportunity to be able to have a healing house. A place where your healing can begin.
