Shandrena Hadjamara (Shan) considers herself somewhat of an egghead or bluestocking for a daintier and softer word in description. Though an intellect on many subject matters she feels compelled to be an advocate for Health & Wellness. Shan is motivated to empower individuals to embrace ones power and intuition of their own health psychologically and physically. By planning and hosting events / workshops, partaking in public dialogue as a speaker, Shan campaigns to educate women about the dangers of feminine hygiene products. Shandrena looks forward to promoting community awareness during monthly campaigns, volunteering with various associations. But most of all, she enjoys creating customized treatment plans for her clients and patients that seek pain management and detoxing via her signature NMT Treatment Plan ~ neuro-muscular / trigger point therapy, hot and or cold stone massage, the use of medicinal essential oils that manifest oxygen and nutrients into the blood stream in which allows for the muscles / nerves to relax and heal. The use of Hydrotherapy (hot and or cold water therapy is also a therapy that Shan finds very beneficial for her clients / patients as well as encouraging one to detox after chemo and radiation treatments. Shandrena relishes in the fact that she has a strong desire to elevate herself by seeking knowledge on various facets and modalities of perfecting her craft in order that she can be sufficient as well as efficient when she conveys her message and in implementing therapeutic treatment(s).
