Often times my clients come to me so that I can "fix" their problems. In order to get you on a true road to recovery,relaxation and rejuvenation we must first find out where the problem began. Most issues can be addressed through various techniques. However, when the activity that caused the issue is not addressed; the "problem" will return. So with a little questioning about your symptoms and daily activities, a postural analysis and some muscle testing I am able to create a treatment plan.

Having you play an active role in your treatment creates a deeper appreciation for the bodywork. Therefore, I will use the integrated techniques that I believe will best address your specific concerns whether it be trigger point therapy, myofascial release or stretching just to name a few. 

My goal is to have you continue to schedule appointments with me because you want to and not because you need to.
