I am a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing massage therapy since 1998. I continue to grow my skills and knowledge as a massage therapist, and enjoy connecting with a helping others feel good and be well.
I use a combination of massage techniques such as deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofacial massage, and swedish massage.
I am also a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist and I have a BA in Sociology and Photojournalism.
