Cassondra's partnership in Trilogy Inc focused on dance, choreography, artist development, production and dance training, but each partner agreed to develop a skill  to offer a service to the company that was outside of dance. Cassondra knew she loved massage and wanted to help dancers take care of themselves to maintain their longevity in the industry. This led to the birth of Respire' Massage Therapy mobile company. Trilogy Inc partners were also part of the Gotta Dance staff, which established and solidified a relationship that would, and has greatly shaped and influenced the Atlanta dance community. Although Respire was originally a mobile company, the relationship with Gotta Dance help to establish an onsite massage location for Cassondra, which is still going strong today. 

In 2011, Respire' expanded through a partnership with the talented Yvetta Young, owner of Regenerations Body Company in order to enhance services using a luxury organic line of products. In 2012, this partnership grew into what we have today---Respire' Massage & Spa and with the addition of facial reflexology, waxing and lash services and which led to adding an extraordinary staff of highly trained professionals.

Cassondra specializes in custom blended services that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Swe-Thai, Reflexology, Hot Stone, Pre & Post Natal, Aromatherapy, Sports, Ionic Foot Detox and Body Treatments to help clients obtain optimal relaxation and health. She is one of the few therapists in Georgia certified in the unique style of Ashiastu Deep Feet Bar Therapy and will soon be offering Lymphatic Drainage as well. 

She believes in whole health by also providing services and private sessions in Pilates/Yoga. She has been a dance instructor for over 20 years, teaching various styles of dance including Lyrical, hip hop, yogalates, Horton and Zumba!  With her desire to constantly learn and grow, her clients will always get the best care with the most up to date techniques and wellness information.

Cassondra is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP), which verifies her as a licensed and certified massage therapist in Georgia, License# MT001125.
