My specialties include IT Band (leg), Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Rotator Cuff issues, sinus and headache massages.  I also do Swedish and deep tissue massages.    
Myofascial Release is another specialty that I use quite often as it tends to loosen the more superficial layers, and gives access to deeper muscles without being too invasive - great technique for those struggling to cope with Fibromyalgia, postural imbalances and chronic pain.
