Certified as a Nurturing the Mother® Fertility Massage Specialist. Providing a very safe & therapeutic relaxing massage that focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection while supporting deep pelvic work to create a balanced body for ideal conception. An integrative, nurturing and gentle session that includes a combination of natural fertility awareness methods, consulting, cranio-sacral therapy, reflexology, healing heat packs, acupressure, and relaxing massage techniques that are geared towards supporting the reproductive process for couples.
Pregnancy/Post/Infant Massage
Certified as a Nurturing the Mother® Pregnancy Massage Specialist. Experience a gentle and nurturing massage that focuses on the needs of the mother. Includes support for all stages of pregnancy, labor and postpartum care. Massage can relieve many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy, supporting the Mom-to-be in helping relieve nausea, increased circulation, increased flow of nutrients to placenta, aids in postural realignment, gives relief to joint discomfort, relieves minor edema by aiding venous return, opens chest for a deeper breath and supports learning deep breathing. Plus, it feels great and the fetus also receives gentle massage and relaxation benefits at same time.
Chair Massage
Offering chair massage for Private, Corporate, or Events. Portable Massage on a supportive comfortably cushioned seat. Performed through clothing with out the use of oils. It's an easy way to receive the therapeutic benefits of massage in a shorter session, usually 15-30 minutes in length. Targets specific areas of stress and tension, primarily problematic areas (neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands).
Reiki Master & Practioner
Reiki is a form of enegy work that features an ancient Japanese hands-on, non-invasive healing system based on channeling the universal life force (or chi) through the body. The effects of Reiki are powerful and vary from person to person. It is very relaxing, relieves tension & anxiety and supports well-being by strengthening and promoting the body's ability to heal itself. ?
