I have been in Massage therapy for 10  years in three different states. I focus on Neuromuscular massage, Relaxation,  Deep tissue, Stretching, and Therapeutic. I am very passionate about fitness and being active.

I have been seeing Cody Twehous for over a year and my experience in his care has been extraordinary. Cody is fantastic. I have seen him several times, normally before or after a race. I saw him for this visit after running my first marathon. He addressed all of my issues and helped relieve the tightness I had in my legs. It helped me so much with my recovery. I can’t recommend Cody enough. ☺️
