As a Massage Therapist, I am committed to providing a Therapeutic & Relaxing experience in order to contribute to Your Wellness goals.

I originally trained for massage at Therapeutic Body Concepts in San Antonio, Texas.

While Certified in Massage Therapy in Texas I worked in a variety of spa and clinical settings, all while I maintained a private mobile massage practice.

In 2006 my husband and I moved to Ashland, Wisconsin to start our family and  I attended the WITC Therapeutic Massage program to become Nationally Certified  and licensed in the state of Wisconsin.

My first and favorite massage technique. I am attracted to this form of massage due to its amazing grounding qualities. Hot stone massage is a form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of a regular Swedish massage but with the addition of heated stones, which are believed to better open the body's energy pathways. Kat explained how related pain areas were connected and the work she did on them has given relief. Now it is my time to carry it forward by doing exercises to keep the muscle free of tensions she was able to disengage. Thank you , Kat !

The experience once there I would rate a 5 star. I rated it a little lower because as a first timer, the instructions on how to find the place was very confusing. instructions on the website could help, such as “located on second floor of the ??? Mansion at 522 Chapple… The link when pushed lead me to Main Street…or maybe I put Natures honey in Google Maps…can’t remember which.
