Stephanie became a licensed bodywork therapist in 2005. She has a lifelong passion for understanding stress and it’s impact on the physical body, and respects that every client has unique challenges and preferences. Stephanie comes from a background in yoga, mental health coaching, and education. She draws her style of bodywork from these elements, creating a rhythmic blend of modalities with a focus on releasing stagnant patterns and chronic tension that affect posture, range of motion, and well being. She has extensive training and enjoys working with the body's meridian or Sen lines. She applies myofascial release, deep tissue/ Swedish techniques, Thai bodywork, craniosacral therapy, Shiatsu in her work and is a certified NADA Acudetox specialist. 

Stephanie has practiced privately, in mental health and athletic recovery, and at destination retreats and spas including the Waldorf Astoria and Blackberry Farm. She is dedicated to helping others find comfort, presence, and their unique vitality within.

Stephanie strives to be a calm presence and lead with the heart. She grows flowers and herbs, makes art, and volunteers her time as an end of life doula, assisting with home and green funerals. Touch is her love language and strongest sense.
