I graduated from the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC in 2011, and have been practicing ever since. My main points of interest and continuing education have been Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Esalen massage; which incorporates a variety of modalities including Thai and Swedish. Coming from a background of working in mental health, I have a desire to help people be healthy and whole. I believe massage therapy is a way to achieve this on many levels. My style ranges from slow and deeply relaxing massage to specific, therapeutic massage meant to manage pain and relieve old injuries. I thoroughly enjoy helping people be in their bodies in helpful, enjoyable ways.

The dang thing about quality is that its invisible. You turn on the light switch, the light goes on, and nobody says a thing. But it stays dark, woo boy! I don't remember the massage-- that's good. Five stars is "amazing". It was a good massage, and I'd recommend Frankie and E&F. I just don't talk in superlatives.

Massage was great! Still feeling good a day later, but with a chronic problem, I wanted more of a after-service discussion about stretches, a reason to come back for a more focused session...more anatomy stuff about what's really going on.
