Mary Kate was very professional and was able to connect with me as a person. The reiki session literally had me in tears and the massage itself placed me into a very relaxed state. Mary Kate is one of those therapists that you want to have an ongoing relationship. She really does holistic in the sense that she looks at your energy and your body's physical state while also being able to adapt to your preferences for what kind of experience you want to have. I loved Mary Kate’s personality out of the gate. Often I struggle to voice my likes and dislikes during a massage, but I felt completely comfortable saying the few comments I had. Mary Kate really worked out some of my deep knots and was able to relieve stress in areas where lighter pressure was needed. She is communicative, but not overly conversational. Really enjoyed her work! Will be back ASAP!
