This was a transformative time for me and along the way I began weaving my energy work into the massage I gave. When I moved to Asheville, NC from Kauai in 2015, I decided to take my massage practice deeper by attending school at Center for Massage and Natural Healing.

This was a transformative time for me and along the way I began weaving my energy work into the massage I gave. When I moved to Asheville, NC from Kauai in 2015, I decided to take my massage practice deeper by attending school at Center for Massage and Natural Healing. 

    Now I practice Esalen Massage in my own office in downtown Asheville. Other modalities that I offer include Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval, Spiritual Massage, Medical Qigong, and Reflexology. 
When I am not massaging, I enjoy yoga, Playing with my kitten, and the beautiful nature surrounding Asheville, NC.

I'm always so impressed with Lisa's skills. My whole body is feeling so much better, greatly reduced tension and pain in my muscles, much more flexible and able to stretch further in yoga poses, etc. I love that she provides energy work along with the massage too. Great experience all around and highly recommend her!
