     I studied and practiced a variety of energy healing styles before I found myself in the Esalen Massage program at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California in 2006. This was a transformative time for me and along the way I began weaving my energy work into the massage I gave. When I moved to Asheville, NC from Kauai in 2015, I decided to take my massage practice deeper by attending school at Center for Massage and Natural Healing.

When I moved to Asheville, NC from Kauai in 2015, I decided to take my massage practice deeper by attending school at Center for Massage and Natural Healing. 

    Now I practice Esalen Massage at Still Point Wellness and in my own office downtown Asheville. Other modalities that I offer include Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Soul Retrieval, Spiritual Massage, Medical Qigong, and Reflexology. 
When I am not massaging, I enjoy yoga, walking dogs, and the beautiful nature surrounding Asheville, NC.
