I graduated from the Center for Massage and Natural Healing in 2000. Feeling that I was too young at 19 to start practicing massage, I spent time traveling, and later working in the mental health field. I am also skilled in hot stones, prenatal, and aromatherapy.

 After many years of massaging, I have found the most important thing is listening to what clients say they need, and also using my hands to listen more deeply to what their bodies are telling me. After working on thousands of people of all ages, sizes, and varying levels of trauma, I have learned that each client needs to be carefully considered as an individual, and adjust my style accordingly. I am honored to do this work and hope to continue for many years to come.

Lauren is incredible, very skillful, intuitive, and kind. Lovely massage. I needed more deep tissue for my back than this massage and would have spoken up again had the session been longer, but it was a nice relaxing massage at any rate.
