Jess carries over 10 years of experience in therapeutic massage and bodywork. Trained at the Asheville School for Massage & Yoga, she is also a registered yoga instructor, is certified in prenatal massage and Reiki, deep tissue and trigger point therapy, and has extensive experience in hot stone and heat therapy, CBD and essential oil therapy. She has a Masters degree in Health Arts & Sciences, is also an artist, mother, and athlete, and brings a unique and intuitive approach to her work. Jess provides a safe and supportive space for healing to occur on the deepest levels.
