Diane has been practicing Shiatsu since she graduated CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu School & Clinic in 2003. She has helped hundreds of people struggling with symptoms of neuromuscular pain, auto immune issues and emotional trauma and stress heal and learn to enjoy being in their body again. With a background in psychology and neuroscience, she specializes in helping her clients increase their somatic awareness, emotional connection and intuition. Her clients love the multidimensional support that they receive while enjoying a deeply relaxing and therapeutic Shiatsu massage.

Diane underwent additional training in Thai Massage and earth-based energy healing during her travels to Thailand and Central America. She is also a Level IV Medical Qigong Practitioner and Certified Life Coach. Diane founded Clearlight Healing Arts in Minnesota in 2010. Offering a combination of Shiatsu, Intuitive Healing and Life Coaching, Diane is able to effectively help people transform tension/pain in the body-mind into an increased sense of aliveness and purpose. She has been teaching Shiatsu, Somatic Psychology and Business & Marketing to Massage Therapists at the Center for Massage and Natural Health since she moved to Asheville in 2016. She is excited to be opening a second location of Clearlight Healing Arts in Asheville, North Carolina!

When Diane’s not doing Shiatsu, coaching, or teaching, Diane is often in outside playing with her children or hiking on the mountain to sea trail. She loves learning about plants, spending time with her family and friends, studying and whenever possible, traveling.
