On paper, I have been a yoga teacher for nearing a decade with some 800 hrs in training, and a massage therapist for almost 5 years with about 600 hrs training. On paper, I have been a yoga teacher for nearing a decade with some 800 hrs in training, and a massage therapist for almost 5 years with about 600 hrs training. I've worked in many settings from chiropractic and physical therapy offices to spa facilities. I am trained in many modalities of bodywork including: Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofacial release therapy, reflexology, reiki, Thai bodywork, neuromuscular facilitation and yoga as therapy including breathing techniques for help releasing tension, pain, emotional holds, postural patterns and the like. From my heart I truly want to empower people to find space to not only take time for self care but find space to let go of what no longer serves, heal from within, and live more comfortably and optimally. I don't believe I can heal anyone but myself, likewise I believe you and only you can heal yourself. So, the way I see it is my job and duty is to hold safe space, share what I know about our bodies and the human condition, what I learn about your bodies and patterns, and empower you to prioritize self's whole health so you can share your gifts with the world. I truly look forward to working with you.

Cara is a true, professional massage clinician. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and kinesiology are superb. I have extreme arthritis and chronic pain and Cara not only "treated" me but also set me up with home exercises and stretching techniques. Cara provided me with nutrition tips as well! I walked out feeling 20 years younger and 3" taller! The best massage ever!

Cara asked all the right questions to determine the best course of action to help ease a pain I was experiencing in my back and neck. Her approach was skillful and strategic, including incorporating myofascia techniques which released the tension and discomfort while at the same time enabled me to totally relax. I highly recommend her and look forward to experiencing her healing hands in the future.

Cara was wonderful! She took the time to listen to really listen to what was bothering me, and created a session that was perfect for my muscles in distress. Her knowledge of the body is spot on. Will definitely be going back!

Love the essential oils. I am a huge fan of these. I also like the stretching aspect during the massage. I have never experienced that before. Overall, the massage was great, and I look forward to booking another appointment. Thank you!
