I booked a 2 hour session and got off the table feeling the best my body has felt in a long time. AJ's questions and dialog around my needs and goals translated into an effective combination of techniques and pressure. One of the best 2 hours of body work I have had. Highly recommend booking a session, especially if you are looking for a therapeutic massage.

My massage was awesome as usual. I haven't treated myself to one for a while and after this one I wonder why. AJ is a kind, caring & skilled massage therapist. I left feeling relaxed and re-grounded. Great experience!!

10 out of 10. AJ really listens to what you and your body need. He understands the full physical & spiritual/emotional experience of body work & holds amazing space. He is also very strong & attentive. Highly recommend!

If there was a "Best Hands in Asheville" award, AJ would win it! Knowledgeable, professional, attentive. I came to AJ with a recent injury stemming from a nagging issue. He listened carefully, asked insightful questions, and made sure the session met my goals throughout. I can't recommend AJ highly enough.
