For the last four years Kassandra has had to pleasure to be part of a team of Physical Therapist with emphasis on rehabilitative care. With a clinical background and as a medical massage practitioner Kassandra provides a therapeutic massage guided towards reducing and eliminating pain. She incorporates direct manipulation, and a thorough understanding of the body as a complex system, integrates the interconnected mechanical, and bio-energetic system as one. She has also completed her RYT-200 through Asheville Yoga Center and utilizes her learnings with passive stretches and reeducation to complete each session. Kassandra spends her off time rock climbing in the Western North Carolina mountains, mountain biking, and practicing yoga.
