My Philosophy

I am a massage therapist, healer, and mentor. My philosophy is simple- I strive to provide the highest quality care in a safe, nurturing setting,while educating and inspiring people to live a healthy.balanced lifestyle to achieve their goals physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Why did I choose to be a Therapist?

I believe that people have the ability to heal themselves with proper guidance and assistance. I became a massage therapist to guide others in their pursuit of health and well-being, as well as grow my own understanding of the human condition. 

About Me 

I strongly believe in the mind-body-spirit connection, and this shows in my practice as well as my everyday. I enjoy learning about herbalism and nutrition, and creating a more mindful lifestyle. My other interest include hiking, travel, and gardening.
