Hi, my name is Erin Fajardo.  I've been in Colorado since 2001 after receiving a degree in the medical field.  After working at a hospital for 5 years, I pursued a different career and passion, and completed a certification in Massage Therapy at the Holistic Learning Center in 2007.  With many years in sports and fitness, experience with the physical body and movement, and a love of bodywork, my passion has evolved into treating acute and chronic pain with the goal of massage becoming part of everyday wellness.

I offer integrative, custom sessions including Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Neuro-muscular and Trigger Point work, Foot and Hand Reflexology, Sports and Injury massage with assisted stretching, Myofascial Cupping, Functional tapping, Aromatherapy, and Prenatal Massage. 
In a nice cozy office space located west of Old Town in Arvada, CO, and availability in the daytime, evenings, and weekends, we can get you scheduled for your massage today!

In 2020, I was certified with RockTape in Functional Medical Tapping fundamentals, upper extremities, and lower extremities. Tapping helps support and alleviate tissue injuries, bruising, post-surgery scar tissue, and nerve entrapments by creating a negative pressure within the fascial and myofascial tissues.
