Cahen studied massage at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood. Cahen's nurturing and intuitive style of massage helps relieve stress and allows the mind and spirit to settle into deep rest, and his deep tissue therapeutic skills have helped many clients with chronic pain conditions and dysfunctions.



At Discovery Massage in Arvada, Cahen delivers intuitive massage that makes use of a variety of modalities and techniques to create a custom therapeutic treatment. One treatment session could make use of aromatherapy or hot stones for a relaxing and regenerating parasympathetic massage, while another may include a combination of circulatory massage, crossfiber massage, deep tissue techniques and trigger point therapy to treat specific injuries and dysfunctions. Cahen’s practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcomes all people regardless of ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation.



Before Cahen became a massage therapist, he was a classically trained opera singer. He has performed all over the United States, Europe and Canada, and recorded with several studios on the west coast. Although his career path has changed, music is still an important part of his life and he hopes to find ways to incorporate the healing power of music and sound into his sessions very soon.
