Cheryl Pace is an intuitive nurturer who thrives on building lasting relationships with clients, other health professionals, and the community. Physical injury and pain led Cheryl on her journey to becoming a personal trainer, athletic trainer, and then, massage therapist. As a leader in the wellness community, Cheryl has continued to hone her gifts, using her intuition to guide others through their own pain journeys. She created Change Your Pace Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork to bring together different modalities offered by expert practitioners. Clients' unique needs are addressed, nurturing the deep connection between mind and body wellness. But it was when Cheryl was diagnosed with Guillain Barre syndrome that her gifts truly revealed themselves. Trigger Point Therapy

Cheryl has spent the last 13 years specializing the therapeutic massage utilizing different techniques including trigger point therapy, myofasical release, neuromuscular therapy. She was worked directly with numerous Chiropractors and Physical Therapist as part of the patients wellness plans.
