With seven years of experience, I take pride in listening to clients, assessing needs, and offering a custom, therapeutic massage. I am trained in aromatherapy, Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point massage.  I have limited training in prenatal massage and reflexology.

I am a retired educator who enjoys using a holistic approach to helping clients reach balance and health improvement. It is always my goal to meet the client's need while offering a relaxing massage experience.

Doug did a fabulous job on working out the knots in my back and neck. Then he gave me exercises to help keep them from tightening up again. He is very professional, on time and it's a nice, peaceful office. I highly recommend.
