Michael continues to educate himself, recently in October Michael attended a Seminar by the great Paul Kelly who is a Myoskeletal alignment Specialist. At this event, Michael learned body reading, where true tension lives in the body, and how to align the hips and pelvis to help with any lower back, Knee and ankle pain.

First time here. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly impressed. Mike was right on time. He greeted me and showed me to the room. Ask what issues I had if any then got to work. He made sure to ask about the pressure being ok. The space was clean. My only suggestion was to get black out curtains. It’s easier for me to relax in a darker room. I’ve already made my next appointment.

Highly recommend. I came with many sport related tightness and after our first session saw a huge improvement in my mobility, comfort and flexibility.
