 I found my way to this healing modality through teaching Yoga. I noticed my students couldn’t get into certain poses during a Yin class (a very slow, passive class). They spoke of aches and pains. Something inside of me was wanting to assist them more. 

I was led towards massage after a coaching session with one of my soul sisters who is a psychologist/life coach. I often got comments and questions when I first started about how I know how to do this and that. That my touch felt like I’ve been doing it for years.  I honestly can’t tell you. This gift is innate and a blessing. I'm here to share it with you!

I combine my yoga knowledge of movement, anatomy and techniques of massage training to create for you a session that helps your feel great and help you be more mobile. I want you to live your best your life with a lot less pain.

I specialize is neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue and relaxation. I believe that the body needs a combination of modalities, each session may be different from the next.
