I've been practicing massage therapy since 2008. I've worked in a variety of settings including a Sports Medicine chiropractic office, a rehabilitative and performance enhancement office in NYC and an integrative wellness center in Brooklyn, NY. Since moving to the Triangle area in 2015, I've worked in the spa setting at Hand and Stone in Cary, and in a sports massage facility, All Sport Muscle Therapy, where I was introduced to Neuromuscular Reprogramming. I've worked with Olympic athletes, MLB pitchers, NYC marathon since 2009 and am currently a massage therapist for the USTA's tennis players at the US Open since 2015.
I bring a multi-modal approach to my sessions to enhance the quality of movement, whether one is a professional athlete, weekend warrior or one with a 9-5 job. We all have the same muscles and their respective functions and actions.

I had upper back pain and tight muscles and after a 1hr session I felt 100% better. I also walked away with stretches and exercises to keep it from happening again and to help if it did.
