The massage from Liz was exact what I needed to help relieve my shoulder pain from a recent vehicle accident. Her skills with deep tissue massage techniques and cupping are some of the best I’ve found to help with healing and overall maintenance. I would, and do, highly recommend her services to anyone! The facility is really nice and welcoming as well. The rooms are bright, private, and airy. The atmosphere is more therapeutic than your typical massage centers.

Liz is very professional and strives to make you comfortable. She also knows her craft. This was my first visit (my wife has be helped by Liz for several years). The office location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

Elizabeth is wonderful as a person and a massage therapist. I always enjoy our conversations and greatly benefit from her skill for an overall deep tissue massage to addressing problem areas and knowing what is needed to do so. I enthusiastically recommend Elizabeth!
