Everyone deserves a moment of peace!
I began my massage therapy career in 2011 after 15 years in the dental field. I have always enjoyed the health field and love being a part of an industry that is constantly growing and evolving.
I would classify myself as a muscle therapist, as my goal is to find the root of a problem and fixing it or making an improvement verses short term relief of pain. I do love the challenge of deep muscle work although sometime we all just need a moment of peace.

I recently started taking Pilates classes with Brandy and I have to say I'm really enjoying the one on one since I've never done this before. She really focuses on your posture, making sure you feel the muscle you're using and that you understand what you're working on and why.
