I believe in Acupuncture and the benefits it provides and am an eyewitness to the results of my many patients. I have worked on health issues of all sorts men, women, and children.  Oriental Medicine includes acupuncture, nutrition,           tuina massage( and  gua sha), exercise (qi gong, tai qi) and herbs (supplements).

I also provide kits/ testing for food sensitivities, hormones, gut function, stool testing and more through the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program I am undertaking and will be certified in shortly.

I am attentive, compassionate, gentle, and provide a happy, relaxed atmosphere where you can feel at ease talking about your health concerns.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a Chinese modality that means to "scrape away pain". It is an amazing technique and helps with muscular pain tremendously. It sounds painful and looks unsightly but it feels amazing afterwards and my patients rave about my technique. I recommend it for anyone who suffers from back (esp upper back) and neck pain. Combining this technique with acupuncture is a win!

Nutrition

Working towards my FDN (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition) Certification

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition allows me to read test results ( I give you the kit and tell you what to do for blood draw or saliva or stool sample) done for food sensitivity, gut function, hormones, stool samples for parasites, fungus, bacteria, and to provide the patient with some recommendations in supplements and lifestyle changes for weightloss, hormones, gut repair, and more.
