I received my training at The Alternative Conjunction Clinic & School of Massage in Lemoyne, PA. I have been in practice since May 2000 as well as a Certified Level Practitioner of Associated Bodywork Massage Professionals. I have a license to practice in the state of PA and TN for the following modalities, Swedish, Esalen deep relaxation, chair massage, helio/hydrotherapy, Neuromuscular therapeutic deep tissue, Sports, spa therapies like Aromatherapy and Hot stone massage. I have done additional continuing education on advanced anatomy & applied Neuromuscular deep tissue massage therapy of the neck as well as Advanced Structural Relief Therapy of the neck. I am also studying Structural Relief Therapy for the whole body, Myofascial release and Therapeutic Grade essential oils. I am CPR/First Aid Certified. I do advocate for Therapeutic Massage, Chiropractic or Osteopathic medicine as well as Functional medicine.
In my practice, whether you are a first time client or someone that I have known for years, I want to talk to you about who you are and what challenges your life presents to you. My goal is to design a therapeutic massage session around your needs and goals. The priority in my practice is Quality of care and Balance. I will only schedule 4-5 people a day because I wish to have the same amount of energy to give to my last session as I do for my first session. I also receive routine Therapeutic Massage as well as Chiropractic care.
On a personal note...I have been happily married to my best friend (Mike) for the past 19 years and we have 2 beautiful children. Michael and Abigail. After 21 years of military service, my husband retired from the Pa Army National Guard. He is still a Federal employee for the Department of Defense. In 2007, our son was diagnosed with Autism and on our journey to help Mikey to be as strong as possible, it has become my passion to learn as much as I can about Health & Wellness. We are also encouraging Mikey to practice Taekwon do. Mikey also has a wonderful gift in drawing and building lego's. We have been blessed with another child as well. Her name is Abigail. She loves soccer and is a social butterfly. Under God, Mikey & Abby are the light of our lives.
It is such a blessing to have the opportunity of helping others to find a moment of PEACE and to see the healing process as you receive routine therapeutic care. Whether your goal is for stress relief, chronic issue or new injury, I can help you. I am thankful for every second of every day that I may be able to help someone else feel even a little bit better!
