Dr. Jamar D. Smith is a Physical Therapist licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia and Florida. His passion for health and fitness has been perpetuated through his personal lifestyle and career successes.

Dr. Smith graduated from Howard University in 2012. His mission is to aid patients in regaining their function through implementing evidence-based rehabilitation practices. Dr. Smith believes that no functional limitation is a fitness limitation or an excuse not to workout.

As a former All Star Athlete Dr. Smith has undergone some of the most extraneous fitness trainings and tests. He has now combined his athletic experience with his professional expertise to change the lives of others through generating Customized Treatment Plans for all fitness and ability levels.

During his free time Dr. Smith enjoys playing football and spending time with his wife, son and puppy.
