 I am Deborah Bridgeforth, I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. I was raised in Bridgeport Ct and joined the army right after high school at the age of 17. After 12 years in the military I served 10 years as a correctional officer for the state of Maryland. After having two very physical and stressful occupations, I knew a change in my life was imminent, which led me to seek a career path in Massage Therapy. My personal knowledge about stress and the physical breakdown of the body thru chronic pain, gave me the will and compassion to help others in their journey to wellness. I truly enjoy my life’s work helping others in their journey to enjoy their quality of living. My continuous studies in Massage, Kinesiology and Corrective Exercise helps me so much when it comes to my client's treatment. I am so grateful for those who have guided and mentored me with their knowledge and talent so I can help provide my clients a more balanced quality of life through massage.

Deborah listened about my problem areas and knew exactly how to address them. She would find spots I didn’t even know needed help but clearly did! Deborah was an absolute delight to speak with and was happy to chat or simply let me relax. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply and when to adjust. She also had helpful tips for stretches to keep things feeling better. I will definitely be back and appreciate all of Deborah’s help!
