 Hi and Welcome. My name is Carol.  I am a long time residents of Arnold, MD,  and a graduate of the Anne Arundel Community College Therapeutic Massage program. I have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Anne Arundel County since 2017. Sessions with me are based on time, and are customized to utilize an integrative approach; incorporating a variety of massage modalities including: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Swedish, Thai Massage techniques, Stretching and Active muscle release. These modalities are used to target your individual and specific areas of concern.  

As a person with an empathetic and nurturing nature, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings.  I am currently a Licensed Medical Technologist, specializing in Microbiology, and I work part time at AAMC in the clinical Microbiology Lab.  However, I wanted to find an outlet that allowed me to have direct client contact, and I decided that  becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist  was the best way to use my skills to help others find peace, balance and physical health in their lives. On April 1, 2019, Healing Thyme Therapeutic Massage and Wellness Center was opened with the intention of offering high quality Therapeutic Massage Services, as well as also offering yoga, mediation, and other holistic services. 

At Healing Thyme Therapeutic Massage and Wellness center, I believe that each client is unique and special.  That is why I tailor each massage session meet your specific, individual needs. My goal is to prove a distinct therapeutic experience to help alleviate pain, increase functional and pain-free range of motion, and increase your overall sense of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. 

I will take the time to listen to your issues and concerns, and will care for you with competent hands, a compassionate heart, and an empathetic soul.  My mission is to ensure that when you leave my establishment, you will have found healing for your mind, body and spirit.
