Whether you are looking to relive pain, improve your range of motion, or simply relax and de-stress, I can help. My mission is to provide a healing experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored.

    

Sessions with me are based on time, and use an integrative approach; incorporating a variety of massage modalities including: Relaxing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stretching and Active muscle release.

I really enjoyed my experience with Carol. I was able to book an appointment the day after I called. Carol made me feel very comfortable. She asked me a few questions to make sure she knew what areas to focus on during the massage. The ambiance was perfect. Very relaxing and welcoming. During the massage Carol made sure several times that I was comfortable and nothing she was doing was hurting. Afterwards I felt amazing. Felt very relaxed and stress free. Definitely I highly recommend Carol and you are looking for an amazing massage and experience.

Carol is the most skilled therapist I have ever received a massage from. She really understands the body and adjusts the massage to target knots and sore areas. Her quality of touch and flow are excellent. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be a repeat client.
