It's time to take a detour from the crazy busy highway of your life. Time to slow down and take a break from "fight or flight".  It's time to take care of YOU.  So pull in, park yourself on my table, and take a deep breath....

I'm here to help you to exit the fast lane and head down a quiet, enjoyable path of healing.

True therapeutic massage has long-lasting benefits, beyond the simple pleasure of relaxation.  It can help work out the knots in your tight muscles, help ease the stress on the weak muscles, increase circulation, and speed healing and nutrition to your cells. This is not just fluff and buff, this is real therapeutic body work.

Everybody needs healing touch.  In fact, touch is so important, that it's the one sense that we can't live without. When you think about that fact, it becomes obvious that therapeutic massage is more than just a treat.  It's an essential part of your preventive health care.

When you retreat and relax on my table, I will focus on your postural imbalances, finding where you are weak and where you are tight and strong.  Neuromuscular therapy with trigger point release, myofascial and fascial stretch therapy, sports massage, reflexology, breath work and classic Swedish relaxation are the main tools I use to help you renew, restore and recharge.

It's your choice: soothing Swedish massage that promotes deep relaxation, increases circulation and relaxes sore muscles. Or the therapeutic work of deep tissue: neuromuscular and/or myofascial therapy: releasing trigger points, relieving knots and adhesion, improving your postural and muscular balance.  I will happy to demonstrate and let you feel how these modalities are different.  Most clients want and need a blend of all three.

Yoga Instructor

I've taught yoga for twenty years. My most recent certification and teacher training was a month long intensive in Santa Fe, NM with Tias and Surya Little of Prajna yoga. Yoga and massage go together so well! Because of my background in yoga and personal training, I'm able to readily advise my clients on stretching and strengthening exercises.
