I've been practicing Massage Therapy for 7 years and absolutely love it! It's been my dream to be a Massage Therapist since I was young. I believe it when people say if you love what you do it doesn't feel like work, they were right!
I am certified in Craniosacral Therapy, Warm Sea Shell Massage, Myofascial Release (which is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.), SansHands- Slow Flow Massage (is a form of deep tissue.), Reflexology, and soon to be more. I provide more of a medium to deep pressure but I also customize the massage to the body's needs by listening as well as feeling the muscle tissue by what is needed in the area/areas being worked on. I love customizing the massage to the clients needs to allow them to leave feeling better than when they came in.
