I've had many massages over the years but it's been a few years since I've had one. Sarah did an amazing job on some long lived knots and tight spots in my back and shoulders. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Sweet relief after suffering sleepless ly for 2 weeks from painful trigger spots along my left shoulder and neck, Sarah worked them out with the most wonderful deep therapeutic massage. No more pain. Slept 9 hours that night!

This was actually my first ever massage. I have been dealing with a back spasm along several vertebrae in my back from just above the hips to the neck for the past week. Sarah was very communicative and open to feedback in case the massage were to irritate my back. She was extremely professional and made the overall experience extremely relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend and I will definitely reschedule at some point in the near future!
