What to Expect:

Sessions can be done fully clothed or nude with appropriate draping based on your comfort and treatment goals. Your privacy, comfort, and boundaries are always respected.

Massage for Minors:

Children and teens, especially young athletes, benefit from regular bodywork just as much as adults. Massage can support growing bodies, prevent injury, and improve performance. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire session, and a signed consent form is required.

This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. The pressure was perfect, and I could immediately tell she really knew what she was doing. I’ve never had a massage therapist work so thoroughly on my arms before, and she was even able to tell that I sleep on my side just from the tension she found. I also have never felt my knots release the way they did during this session, it was incredible! She focused on my neck, shoulders, and back with so much care and precision, and I left feeling better than I have in a long time. On top of that, she was also super knowledgeable and took the time to explain what she was finding, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands the body and provides an exceptional massage, I can’t recommend her enough.

Sharina is extremely skilled and attentive to her client needs. She made sure my lower back injury was handled with care and helped relieve other aches/pains that were causing me issues. 10/10 would highly recommend.
