What to Expect:

Sessions can be done fully clothed or nude with appropriate draping based on your comfort and treatment goals. Your privacy, comfort, and boundaries are always respected.

Massage for Minors:

Children and teens, especially young athletes, benefit from regular bodywork just as much as adults. Massage can support growing bodies, prevent injury, and improve performance. Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire session, and a signed consent form is required.

Sharina is a fantastic massage therapist. She always knows where my trouble spots are and takes care of them. She's very responsive and comes at problems in several different ways such as adding assisted stretches, when needed. I can't say enough good things about her!!
