Core Pilates co-founder, Leslie made the dramatic career change from an
accounting background to body working and helping people physically, after she moved to Alaska 16 years ago. She owned her own
business as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Anchorage and slowly started
to add training in STOTT Pilates. She has graduated from the Rolf®
Institute of Structural Integration, just to add to her many hands on
skills. She decided a long time ago that body work and helping people
was where her passions lie. Her extensive knowledge in anatomy and
physiology made adding Pilates to her repertoire an easy choice. She
truly believes that Pilates is hands down the best exercise modality to
compliment any athlete, no matter what level. Leslie is a STOTT
Certified Pilates Instructor. Her extensive training includes Mat;
Essential, Intermediate and Advance, Reformer; Essential, Intermediate
and Advance, Cadillac, Chairs & Barrels, Mini Stability Ball,
Prenatal, Postnatal, Jump Board Training, Injuries Special Population,
Zumba, Booty Barre and Xtend Barre. She also loves running, skiing, hula
hooping, cooking and playing with her kids.
