I am excited to promote health through Massage Therapy at Raven's Nest Spa. I offer Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Pre-natal massage as well. I am also trained in Thai Massage, a relaxing and therapeutic stretching and sports style massage. I believe that each client’s ability to achieve optimum health is elevated when receiving consistent bodywork. I received my training at AK Institute of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture & Massage Therapy and I am passionate about providing excellent bodywork to promote deep relaxation and wholeness.
