I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. My interest in massage began at a young age when I found I enjoyed helping my mother relieve her migraines. I currently hold a bachelor’s degree in business and graduated from the Alaska Career College in 2014 with my certificate in Massage Therapy.

Outside of massage I enjoy practicing acrobatic yoga, medical qi gong, cooking, reading, traveling, almost anything outdoors and performing in latin dancing.

I Specialize in sports & orthopedic massage by using structural integration techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue, stretching, increasing joint range of motion, and joint capsule work. I have experience working with professional bodybuilders, gymnasts, fighters, motocross, dancers, musicians and athletes of all levels.

Ben is great and really knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable about the human body and its inner workings. Not your typical sports massage in a good way!

Ben is amazing at what he does. He clearly knows the body and has vast experience. It may be hard to remember his recommendations as he relays them in conversation, but that's also what makes his style special, as he really gets to know your lifestyle and ailings. As an avid runner I'd definitely come back and recommend him to others.

Went in to get work done on some tennis elbow. Worked on for about 15 mins which in my case wasn’t too severe but worked on other issues that I missed. I stood up taller and straighter which I didn’t know I had an issue with but Ben knows what he’s looking for. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He loves his work and strives to make people happy. Im happy my wife found him and look forward for a follow up. Tennis elbow discomfort is way down if almost gone. Still have to be careful but its very manageable. Thank you sir.
