Jaclyn listens to whatever you say is going on with your body. She can read your muscles like a road map, knowing where issues are and how to resolve them. I get her deep tissue massage and would highly recommend it. I even took my 16-year old grandson in for an athletic massage. It really helped and she talked him through stretches to take care of his body. I cannot recommend her enough.

I have to shout this one from the rooftops — if you are even thinking about needing a massage, go see Jaclyn. This was hands down the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had. She doesn’t just “give a massage”… she truly understands the body. Every movement felt intentional, like she knew exactly where I was holding tension before I even said a word. The way she blended technique, pressure, and flow made for a therapeutic, relaxing, and deeply effective experience all at once. I walked in feeling tight, stressed, and out of alignment from stress, weird sleeping positions and workouts… and walked out feeling lighter, looser, and almost more alive. It's hard to describe! You can tell she’s highly trained and genuinely passionate about what she does. I’m already counting down until my next appointment!! 10/10 — could not recommend more highly.
