I have always had a natural instinct in helping people feel better. I was drawn to massage therapy after receiving it and seeing what a difference it made for me. Massage therapy allows me to help people recover from injuries, stress and overall well-being. I grew up in Oak Harbor and I’ve always wanted to move back to the area. I love the outdoors with hiking, biking, boating and gardening. I feel very fortunate to call Anacortes my home!

I’ve worked with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Orthopedic Physician’s, Physiatrists and Family Physicians as part of the rehabilitation team in the recovery process. My continuing education includes whiplash treatment, shoulder injuries. Psoas release, low back treatments, Intraoral Massage, Cupping, Graston Technique, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Swedish and overall stress relief. I love to learn more about different conditions and how to treat each individual clients needs.
